Vacation

Soon it will be vacation, thank God for dog sitters. Mine is the best, she stays at my home and keeps the dogs on their schedules. Best of all she doesn’t care if I have 17 dogs or 2. Right like ever have just 2 dogs. But, I’m hoping Disney will relax me so when I get back I can take care of things that I have been putting off, things that need to be done.

Watching the puppies play is so much fun. They are all getting along which is good. Two of the Danes have already gone to their forever homes. Now just one to go, little Gabbie is still waiting. The Frenchies can’t go yet so all five still here.

Dane Puppies first vet visit

Took the puppies to the vet for their shots today. They all did very well, didn’t potty anywhere. Surprise! LOL They are all in good health and are ready to go to their forever homes. They always say the shots might make them sleep, does that actually work on any puppy? Sometimes I think they get more playful.

I never thought I could be this tired. Having to litters of puppies at the same time is crazy, what was I thinking. LOL The Danes are up and running all over the place. They love being outside. The Frenchies are now starting to venguer into other rooms now to. Getting our exersice running after them.

Wow it doesn’t seem like it has already been two weeks since Trudi had her pups. Very tired but worth it to see the babies up and walking now. So here is their introduction. First the boys:

Bubble Bath

Taking a bubble bath is usually very relaxing, so taking my bubble bath in preparation for Joi’s puppies was supposed to be relaxing. Bruce and Delilah were playing and having a great time waiting for me to be done, when Delilah discovered her “wings” . Anyone who has a Frenchie knows what this means, its when they learn they can jump up on things. As I was relaxing here comes Delilah running and yes jumps up right in the bubble bath with me. Now my tub holds 90 gallons of water, as she goes under and comes up covered in bubbles swimming, well I haven’t laughed that hard in long time. Its never boring when you have a Frenchie. As you can see from the picture Delilah gets into everything.

Trudi had here puppies on the 25th. She had 7 total but we lost 2, but we have 2 girls and 3 boys. Mother and babies are doing well after a very long day. Trudi is enjoying motherhood. Now we are just waiting for Joi’s little bundles of joy.
